Help Homeless, Abused and Neglected Dogs
All the other pages of this website have pictures of MMH clients who are lucky to have
owners to love and care for them.
The dogs on this page are examples of dogs that do
not have such good fortune
.  HUNDREDS of dogs are euthanized DAILY due to
overpopulation in shelters across New York.  HUNDREDS of other dogs are living with
cruel owners that starve, abuse and neglect them.
THESE ANIMALS CANNOT FEND FOR THEMSELVES BUT WE CAN HELP THEM!
                                EVERYONE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
You can help by:
Donating to various shelters and rescue organizations
Adopt a pet from a shelter or rescue organization
Educating those around you about animal welfare
Volunteering at a shelter or with a rescue group
Donating pet food, supplies or toys to your local shelter (old bedding and towels, too)
Contacting your county and state legislatures about promoting animal rights laws
Reporting animal cruelty or neglect
